Because of the deep relationships we have established with our suppliers, our customers have unparalleled access to technical support and consultancy. In addition, we are in regular touch with executive management to ensure that our customers' priority enhancements are addressed in a timely manner.
Our Professional Services Group focuses exclusively on the products of the companies we represent. The team includes Systems Architects, Systems Engineers and Support Specialists. All our technical staff are required to obtain and maintain appropriate professional certifications as a condition of continued employment.
