Maintenance
TIBCO provides major
releases for new functionality and expanded capabilities. Major
releases are provided normally once a year. Minor releases provide
for product upgrades. These are delivered on average twice a year.
The maintenance releases provide for product fixes and general
maintenance. These releases are provided typically once a quarter.
Mena provides annual maintenance contract depending upon the
customer budget.
Support
MENA provides technical
support to all of its customers in the Middle East and North
Africa. MENA provides support covering all technical aspects on
TIBCO product offering. TIBCO / MENA’s Support Services are
dedicated to providing timely response and resolution to technical
problems to ensure client business success.
By signing up for the
support services, Mena will provide a range of support options
designed to scale with the specific needs of clients. Whether it’s
a new implementation, an issue with an existing production system,
or a planned upgrade, our Support Services will work with client to
meet all support requirements.
